1/2 C each of dates, hazlenuts, oats, flax and goji berries (or any mixture of nuts and dried fruit of your desire). Blend until it forms a sticky dough. Add water if necessary. Press into lined brownie tin.
1/8 cup chia seeds soaked in 1/4 C water
4T agave nectar or maple syrup
3T coconut oil melted
1tsp vanilla essence
Blend until smooth and thick and pour over the base. Chill in freezer until partially set.
For the choc top: 2T Mayver’s peanut cacao spread, 2T melted coconut oil, 3T agave nectar and 2T cacao. Melt in a bowl gently over simmering water then pour over the caramel and let it set
