1C dates, soaked in hot water 30 min then drain
1 1/2 C walnuts
1/2 C buckwheat groats
1/2 C almond meal
1/2 C oats
3/4 C cacao powder
1/2 C nut butter
1/2C agave nectar (add more if you like sweet brownies)
Blitz walnuts until they’re relatively fine, approx 30 secs
Add buckwheat, oats, almond meal, cacao and blitz again until fine.
Add dates, nut butter and agave and blitz until mixture forms a dough
Press into a brownie pan and then smush goji berries and coconut on top. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight until firm. Cut and EAAAAAT
